Jack is a UKSCA Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coach and Level 3 Personal Trainer.

Jack has been fortunate enough to work at both ends of the spectrum from elite sport to corporate clients, as well as in other countries, most notably and recently in Switzerland.

Jack has a passion for all round human performance to improve your performance in and out of the gym. His priorities are to enable his clients to be able to perform, look and feel good in whatever situation. He believes in the longevity of training that people need to be active not for a short time but a long time and that means having a program that is fun, challenging and motivating.

"I used to think I needed a big long, impressive philosophy to my coaching but now I use only one word and that is ‘adaptable’. The health and fitness industry is constantly evolving and changing and if you don’t stay up to date, with the ability to adapt and implement the changes - you will fall behind. That is why you will always find me reading something new around human performance and trying to stay up to date on the latest knowledge”.

Outside of coaching and attending the gym for his own love for training, you will find Jack watching or playing sports from NFL to Cricket. "I love being around people, hanging out with friends and having a good time”.

Success is like a line of dominos. The key is over time. Success is built sequentially. It’s one thing at a time. It is knocking over that first domino.
