Do you offer a monthly membership?

Soho Fitness Lab offers a pay-as-you-go system - that way you're only purchasing classes that you actually use. If you're attending regularly, our larger blocks offer a price discount. Please visit our prices section to view all prices for all services.

It is my first time in the gym, is this OK?

One of the best things about Personal Training is that it can be adapted to any fitness level, age or ability. With every session comes increased confidence and strength. All first timers must complete the initial consultation which enables both client and instructor to build and prepare the best and most suitable program to follow.

Is there a beginner class?

Our initial consultation process is designed to ensure we learn everything we possibly can about you, your goals and your requirements. We will never work too quickly or too slowly. Communication is key and we will ensure that your fitness journey is a positive one at all times.

If I have an injury can I still train?

Yes. All of our instructors and Physiotherapists have experience in working with clientele who have injuries. This is another reason why we guide all new clients to start by completing the initial consultation process as it enables your instructor to take the necessary precautions (if required) for example, referring you to our in-house physiotherapy team for a second opinion on a given injury/concern.

How is Soho Fitness Lab different from the personal training offered at my gym?

Soho Fitness Lab is a boutique, private by appointment only Personal Training and Physiotherapy studio. We provide private designated workout and treatment spaces which means that you do not have to wait for any equipment or machinery. You have your instructor’s full and dedicated attention for the whole of the session with no distractions what so ever.

How many calories will I burn per class?

It depends on the weight of the individual and the amount of exertion used. Our average energy expenditure for 60 mins is around 400-600kcals although it can be more or less depending on the type of activity performed.

Can I train if I am pregnant?

Our instructors are qualified to train pre and post natal clientele. Our physiotherapy department also provides expert guidance for both pre and postnatal clientele.

How do I get started?

Getting started is easy. All first timers must complete the initial consultation. Simply contact us at hello@sohofitnesslab.com and one of the team will work with you in order to get you set up and started.

Do you have childcare at the Studio

No. Unfortunately, we don't.

Do you offer nutritional advice?

All of our instructors are qualified to provide Nutritional Advice. Should your requirements for nutritional advice be more specific or specialist we will refer you to our preferred dietician.

Do you have changing facilities?

Yes. Our studios have luxury changing rooms filled with bath and body products, hair dryers, hair straighteners and large bath towels. We have everything you need to come, train, shower up and move on to your next meeting feeling refreshed and smelling great!

Do you provide water?

Yes, we provide a filtered water fountain with cups for you to use when you are training.
