At whichever site you are at, you will be given a full tour of the facility from the gym floor to the changing rooms, to make you feel completely at home. We know gyms can be intimidating places (trust us, we’ve been there too!), so we want to do everything we can to make sure you feel at ease.

This is where we run through a detailed questionnaire together in order to fully understand your goals & requirements. Every aspect of this process is totally confidential. Through the information gathered your coach will design a completely bespoke program to work towards achieving your goals.

Movement Assessment

Movement Assessment

Everyone is built differently and moves differently. As a part of your consultation you will go through a full, in-depth movement assessment with your coach. This requires no prior knowledge or ability on your part - the assessment has been designed so that anyone can do it. It gives your coach the information needed to begin putting together your training programming, looking at both the movements you are strong in and can develop together, as well as the areas for improvement.
