Georgia is qualified in Exercise Referral, Ante and Post Natal Exercise and is a Level 1 Parkour Coach.

Georgia has a passion for helping others build strong, functional, healthy bodies. Her priorities are to enable her clients people to get moving and moving well through strength training, mobility and functional exercise.

"We move, run and lift heavy objects off the floor in everyday life, so learning how to do this properly can have a huge effect on reducing risk of injury. So many of my clients start with the goal of fixing specific aches and pains, but most end up enjoying their training so much that they continue for the long term"

Georgia has a growth mindset striving always for constant improvement. Ask her what she's studying and she'll probably be in the middle of a course and already have her eye on the next one. This is key to giving her clients the best experience that they deserve.

Through obtaining a qualification in Ante and Post Natal Exercise she is aware of how to train a client from the earliest days of pregnancy through to returning to exercise postpartum. She is passionate about encouraging women to get the right information and support for their pregnancy. She has helped clients train throughout their pregnancy and return to exercise safely and stronger than before.

Georgia is a member of REPS (the Register of Exercise Professionals).
