First Timers

Personal Training: Our aim is to make things simple for you. We offer a free consultation which enables you to book a time to come to Soho Fitness Lab, to meet with a team member and to discuss all of your health and fitness goals. The consultation gives you and your trainer the ability to clearly define your goals, to discuss an action plan to move forward with and to book your future sessions together. Upon attending your first personal training session we will get you fully set up with all services and start the journey towards achieving all of your health and fitness goals.

Physiotherapy: It is mandatory for first timers to complete the initial consultation for Physiotherapy.

Arrival time

We ask you that you arrive at the studio at least 4 minutes before your session time so that your instructor knows you are here. Our unique dynamic warm up forms a part of your session so no need to come and warm-up prior to your session. Once your session starts you will be in the capable hands and guidance of your instructor for the full duration of the session.

For Physiotherapy we recommend arriving a few minutes before your appointment. There is a designated waiting area where you will find magazines to read whilst you wait. Your Physiotherapist will come to meet you once they have finished their previous appointment.

Cancellation

Soho Fitness Lab operates a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event that you have to cancel your session, credits will be fully refunded as long as you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before the start time of your session/appointment.

If you cancel your class with less than 24 hours notice, we will do our best to allocate your session to another client. If another client takes your session, you'll receive a full refund of your credit. If we are unable to fill your session, you'll lose your credit.

Recommended Clothing

Whether you are attending Soho Fitness Lab for Personal Training OR Physiotherapy we recommend wearing comfortable gym clothing.

Men: Running/Training shorts, running/training t-shirt, Sports trainers

Women: Crops OR Leggings OR shorts, Training vest OR T-shirt, Sports trainers

Towels

A workout towel will be provided on meeting your instructor and the changing rooms are stocked with big fluffy bath towels for after your shower.

Amenities

Our changing rooms and showers are stocked with luxurious bath and body products as well as Acqua di Parma perfumes. We also provide GHD hairdryers and straighteners. So you can head back to the office or out for the night looking sleek and smelling amazing!

Laundry + Kit Storage Service

We offer an onsite laundry and kit storage service taking all of the hassle away from you ever having to remember to pack your training kit. We provide a branded laundry bag with your name on and ensure you kit is clean and ready for you even if you are training on consecutive days. Please ask one of the team if you are interested in using this service.

Water

Staying hydrated when you exercise is vital. There is a filtered water fountain in the main gym space for you to use to fill up your bottle or use a cup which is provided near to the fountain.
